Debossing/Foiling die
Can be made on multiple metal sizes: Magnesium - 7mm, 6.35mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm and 1.6mm.
Brass - 6.35mm.
Standard depths are: 1.25mm and 3mm, but dies can be produced at any depth as long as the metal size allows.
Embossing die

Type High
Perfect for custom leatherwork. Can be produced at depths from 0.1mm to 5mm. Bocks can either be produced with a groove cut into the side so you know what way up the blocks go or with no groove. Type sets can be made up in any font or symbol. Type high measures 23.3mm from top to bottom.
Multi-Level 3d sculptures
We can work with most 3d file formats. Alternatively we can create the 3d effect for you from 2d artwork.
Wooden pannels
Need some wood cutting to a specific size? Our machines allow us to cut wood to the size of 1000mm by 500mm including pockets and internal cuts.
Other clients have a 3d effect put on the wood so it can be wrapped in leather.
Artwork
Bitmap to vector artwork conversions. Does your artwork look like the one on the left? We can convert bitmap files to a completely re-sizable vector file.
This allows for a much crisper artwork and in turn a much crisper die.
Male and Female dies
Metal male and female dies are much stronger and more durable than using a plastic counter force. The clearance between the male and female plates can be custom made depending on the material you are using.
Letterpress dies
1.6mm magnesium mounted on wood to make it type high size.
Film only
Super high quality film in negative and positive form. Deep black, no light will pass through.
Available in sizes 450mm by 1000mm.
Fluted
Can be made on multiple metal sizes: Magnesium - 7mm, 6.35mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm and 1.6mm. Brass - 6.35mm.
These are used to give a 3d effect on foiling. They can be produced as a V shape or a domed shape.
Dies can either be produced with or without location pins.
Plaques
Plaques can be produced in brass and magnesium on 1.6mm metal. We can fill with black enamel to really make it stand out.
